DELHI- SHIMLA

Arrival at Delhi. Reach Volvo bus station (approx time 8 pm). Overnight journey from Delhi to Shimla.

SHIMLA- NARKANDA

We reach Shimla early morning. Thereafter you will be picked up by our team members and will be transferred to Matiana/Narkanda (45kms from Shimla), our destination for the day. At 8000 feet, Matiana/Narkanda becomes the perfect destination to acclimatise for the journey ahead….so rest as much as possible today. Stay @ Krish Rauni - The Nomad’s Cottage , Matiana/ Narkanda

NARKANDA- NAKO- TABO

We start early today, as we have a long drive ahead. We drive through Rampur and Jeori to enter the land of the Negi’s ….'Kinnaur valley’. Today we will cross Nako and Sumdo border to enter ‘Spiti valley. Nako is a village perched on the base of Himachal's highest mountain and has monasteries as old as 1100 years. Have some leisure time at Nako lake and enter Spiti. Our destination of the day is Tabo. Stay @ Homestay, Tabo

TABO- KAZA- CHICHAM

After breakfast, we visit Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO world heritage site, built in 996 CE. Thereafter we drive to Kaza. After spending sometime in Kaza, we drive to our destination of the day, Chicham…the home to Snow Leopard, Ibex, Blue Sheep, Red Fox and other species. Stay @ The Nomad’s Cottage, Chicham

CHICHAM- LANGZA- KOMIC- HIKKIM- CHICHAM

After a hearty meal , we head out to explore the valley. We will visit Ki Monastery, the biggest Monastery of the valley built on a hillock. Thereafter we drive on the Langza (Fossil village) , Komic (Highest Motor-able   village) and Hikkim (Highest Post office) loop (if roads condition allow) . Also we explore Ladarcha barter trade ground and visit Kibber village. Stay @ The Nomad’s Cottage, Chicham

CHICHAM- KAZA- TABO- GUE

We start at leisure and head back towards Kaza and Tabo. After Tabo , we take a detour of 8 kms to reach Gue village, our abode of the day. Gue is India’s Last village and nearest village to Tibet/China , in this entire belt.  We visit the famous Gue Monastery, which is also the home to a Monk’s Mummy, which is believe to be more than 500 yrs old. Stay @ Nomadic Homestay, Gue

Start out from Reckong Peo/Kalpa and reach Shimla by afternoon. Spend some time at the mall followed by an overnight Volvo ride to Delhi.
