Spiti Valley is often termed as the “Unknown World” The definition of word “Spiti” is "middle land", i.e. land between Tibet and India. It is located in the Trans Himalayan belt of Himachal Pradesh. •Altitude: 1,053 ft.

Arrival at Chandigarh. This will be leisure day. Collect your motorbikes. Dinner will be followed by briefing session.

CHANDIGARH TO THEOG / NARKANDA

• Altitude: 8,890 ft.

After breakfast, our journey will start towards Narkanda / Theog via Shimla & Kufri

Theog/Narkanda: Both are town in Shimla district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is at an altitude of 2708 meters on the Hindustan-Tibet Road (NH 12) in Himachal Pradesh, India. It is surrounded by the Shivalik Range that span a large part of Himachal Pradesh. They are quiet escape & one of the less crowded attractions

NARKANDA TO SANGLA

• Altitude: 8,530 ft.

After breakfast, we will be leaving from Narkanda for Sangla.

Sangla: Sangla is a riverside valley which is surrounded by stunning Himalayan mountains. Sangla area is full of apple, orchards and April-Sept is best time to arrive here and explore.

SANGLA TO NAKO VIA RAKCHAM & CHITKUL

•Altitude: 11,895 ft.

After breakfast drive from Sangla to Nako via Chitkul.

Chitkul is considered as the last village on Old India-Tibet trade route. The most number of houses in Chitkul are built with wooden walls and wooden roofs.

Nako lies in Upper Kinnaur on the edge of remote spiti valley and an important center of Tibetan Buddhism. It has seven temples from different time periods distributed all over the village, including a monastic complex on its western edge. Nako is situated right on the Tibetan border over a beautiful lake.

NAKO TO KAZA VIA GUE, TABO & DHANKAR

•Altitude: 12,500 ft.

After breakfast, drive to Kaza via Gue, Tabo, & Dhankar.

Gue - Believed to over 500 years old, the Gue mummy in Spiti belongs to Sangha Tenzin, a Buddhist monk who started the self-mummification process while still alive!

Tabo - Tabo Mud Monastery (Chos-Khor Monastery which also known as Ajanta-Ellora of Himachal Pradesh

Dhankar - Dhankar is just like another small village in the cold desert of Spiti Valley. Dhankar Monastery was built as a fort monastery on the Central Tibetan pattern.

KAZA - KOMIC – HIKKIM – LANGZA & BACK TO KAZA

• Altitude: 14,500 ft.

After breakfast drive from Kaza to Langza, Komik & Hikkim

Komik - Komik village has the distinction of being the highest motorable village in the world. One of the world's highest monasteries (14,807 ft), called "Komic Lundup Chhemo" is situated in this village

Hikkim: There is Highest Post office.

Langza is known as Fossil Village. The sky here offers one of the best view of Milky way.

KAZA TO CHANDRATAL VIA KEY, KIBBER, CHICHAM, LOSAR & KUNZUM PASS

• Altitude: 14,100 ft.

After breakfast start our journey from Kaza to Key Monastery & Kibber village. Then proceed towards Chandratal.

Key (KI) Monastery - Almost 7 km from Kaza, this Monastery, established in 11th century is the largest in Spiti valley.

Kibber - India’s only wild life sanctuary in a cold desert is located here. The village is known for its scenic mountains, barren splendor and monasteries.

Chicham Bridge is said to be the world's highest suspension bridge. Hight of this bridge is 13596 ft and connects two villages i.e. Kibber & Chacham.

Kunzum La - It’s a high mountain pass situated on the eastern Kunzum Range. It stands at the elevation of 15,060 ft.

Chandratal Lake (The Moon Lake) - The name of the lake originates from its crescent shape. The lake is situated on the Samudra Tapu plateau, which overlooks the Chandra River.

CHANDRATAL TO MANALI VIA BATAL, KOKSAR & ATAL TUNNEL

• Altitude: 6,310 ft.

After breakfast start our journey from Chandratal via Batal, Koksar & Atal Tunnel.

Enroute have small break at Batal. Witness the peak which has been names as Shikhar Savarkar. Then proceed to Manali via Chatadu, Koksar, Sissu & Atal Tunnel. Atal Tunnel: It is a 9.02 Km long tunnel. Highway tunnel built under the Rohtang Pass in the eastern Pir Panjal range of the Himalayas. It connects Manali to Lahaul-Spiti valley throughout the year. Atal Tunnel has officially been certified by World Book of Records, as the 'World's Longest Highway Tunnel above 10,000 Feet‘.

•BIKES SHOULD BE DISPATCHED MINIMUM 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOUR FOR IN TIME DELIVERY. TYREMARK WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF THE BIKE DONSENT REACH THE DESTINATION ON TIME.

•Sequence of the day-wise itinerary, tour program may change depending upon road conditions/traffic schedules/restrictions or other unforeseen conditions.

• Itinerary can change due to landslides, weather conditions, road conditions or any unavoidable circumstances beyond our control; we shall not be responsible for it. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package cost.

• Only one backpacks or rucksack of 60-70 liters is allowed.

• Riders should carry own helmets and riding gears (for owned as well as rental bike).

• All participants should carry any original ID-proof like Driving license, Aadhar card, Passport, Pan card, Birth Certificate for permit purpose.

• We highly recommend high altitude travel insurance for tour period.
